Age Limit for SSC Delhi Police Constable (Driver)-Male Exam 2022

21-30 years as on 01-07-2022. Candidates must have been born not earlier than 02-07-1992 and not later than 01-07-2001. For upper Age Relaxation please follow official notification.

Educational Qualification / Eligibility Criteria for SSC Delhi Police Driver  Exam 2022

For Constable (Driver)-Male Post in Delhi Post Through SSC, candidate must have following qualifications –

  • 10+2 (Senior Secondary) passed or equivalent from a recognized Board (as on 29.07.2022 i.e. the closing date of receipt of online application) 
  • Should be able to drive heavy vehicles with confidence 
  • Valid driving licence for Heavy Motor Vehicles (as on closing date of receipt of online application) 
  • Possess knowledge of maintenance of vehicles.

Salary / Pay Scale for Constable (Driver)-Male in Delhi Police Recruitment Through SSC

The Pay Scale for Constable (Driver)-Male in Delhi Police recruited through SSC is 7th Pay Matrix Pay Level-3 (₹ 21700- 69100)

Application Fees for SSC Constable (Driver)-Male in Delhi Police Exam 2022

 Fee payable: Rs 100/- (Rs One hundred only). 

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Ex-Servicemen (ESM) eligible for reservation are exempted from payment of fee. 

Fees can be paid online through BHIM UPI, Net Banking, by using Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, RuPay Credit or Debit cards or in cash at SBI Branches by generating SBI Challan. 

Scheme of Examination/Mode of Recruitment: 

The examination will consist of following stages:  

(i)  Computer Based Examination,  

(ii) Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT)  

(iii)Trade Test and 

(iv) Medical Examination of the recommended candidates. 

Marks scored by candidates in Computer Based Examination, if conducted in multiple shifts, will be normalised by using the formula published by the Commission through Notice No: 1-1/2018-P&P-I dated 07-02-2019 and such normalised scores will be used to determine final merit and cut-off marks.
